How many hours a week will this take?

The short answer - it depends. We create custom packages for brands so you get exactly what your brand needs and nothing you don’t. We work on an hourly rate and most of our clients use about ten hours of social media management a week. Some clients use us monthly, some clients use us more for the beginning of the month and less in the middle.

We’ve used Schedugram, Tailwind, Hootsuite, Iconosquare, Later, Planoly, CoSchedule, Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Canva, Photoshop, Movavi, Lightroom, Airtable, Monday, Asana, and more to create, curate and stay on track.

what channels are you familiar with?

We’ve used and are familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and Snapchat.

can you help us set up ads?

Yes! We’ve run ads on Facebook and Instagram for our own brands and for our clients. We believe in starting small, testing the waters, and figuring out what your clients respond to before doing a large campaign.

what is your social media experience?

We’ve been social media managers for two years. Before that, our owner managed social media for her own brands.

how do we work together?

First, we’ll set up a consultation call to go over your goals, your past social media experiences, your budget and your expectations. Then we’ll share our personalized branding sheets with you, start creating your calendars and making sure your accounts are the best they can be.

How many followers will i get?

We don’t like to focus on follower numbers because that’s only part of the story. We want you to have engaged, real, active followers who convert to customers, not a big number just to have a big number. (We have case studies with real clients to back up why this works!)

What social media channel is your favorite?

We’re visual people so we tend to gravitate towards Instagram and Facebook. Our favorite for clients? That depends. We take the time to understand where your ideal clients are so we can target your message to them.

can we see what is posting to our account before it is live?

YES! This is hugely important for us. We create monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly calendars depending on what’s right for your brand. Our calendars include captions, images, links, and hashtags so you always know what’s coming. We also create calendars side by side (or via Skype) with our clients so they share exactly what they want to.

what metrics do you look at to make sure our social media is working?

We look at followers, engagement, conversions, locations of your followers, what time your followers are online, and sales.

When do you post?

The times we post depends on the brand and channel. We use data on when your followers are online along with data of the best times to post from social media channels to create a schedule of when to post. As we monitor analytics, we may change exact times for better results.

who is the freckled dog?

The Freckled Dog is a four year old Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever Mix owned by our company founder, Kelsey. Cali is an agility dog who loves to run fast and spends most nights sleeping on the couch.
